The Space
Step into a comfortable, thoughtfully designed condo that blends indoor living with the natural beauty of the North Shore. The open living area is bright and inviting, with views overlooking the golf course and a layout that makes it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Upstairs, the loft features a king bed, creating a cozy and private sleeping area.
Access to the sleeping area is via stairs, and the loft has sloped ceilings with lower clearance in some sections. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs and mindful of ceiling height.
The unit is equipped with split air conditioning in both the living area and loft to keep things cool year-round, along with a ceiling fan for added comfort. Additional features include a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dining table for meals or remote work.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cookware, dishes, and utensils. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a full meal, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Bathroom
The bathroom is clean and functional, offering a bright space to refresh after a day at the beach. Fresh towels and essentials are provided for your stay.
Community Amenities
Guests have access to Kuilima Estates West amenities, including a swimming pool, charcoal BBQ area, tennis courts, and a gazebo. The unit is located directly along the golf course and just a short walk to the ocean, making it easy to enjoy the best of the North Shore.

Located adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay, you’ll be close to world-class golf, dining, spa services, horseback riding, and guided excursions. Please note that this condo is privately owned and not affiliated with the resort. Resort amenities such as hotel pools and fitness facilities are not included unless booked separately where permitted.
The surrounding North Shore is known for its iconic beaches and surf breaks, including Sunset Beach and Banzai Pipeline, along with scenic hiking trails, food trucks, and the charming surf town of Haleiwa—all just a short drive away.

No smoking is allowed. If any signs of smoking in or around the property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300 fine and may be subject to immediate eviction.
Each stay includes a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items if additional supplies are needed.
This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and a non-refundable fee of $500, which may increase up to $1,000 depending on the situation.
In lieu of a security deposit, each booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection. This limited protection plan provides coverage up to $10,000 for contents damage and up to $1,000,000 for real property damage. Certain exclusions apply, including but not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Please inquire for additional details.
