No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and around the property. Documented violations may result in a $300 fine and immediate eviction, subject to applicable law and booking terms.
Starter Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items at their own expense if they run out.
Pet Policy: This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets must be removed immediately and may result in a non-refundable fee of $500, which may increase to $1,000 depending on the circumstances and applicable booking terms.
