Minutes from Maalaea Harbor, you have access to boating excursions that include snorkeling trips to Molokini, sportfishing, whale watching tours from December to April, and sunset or dinner cruises. Looking for great indoor activity? You can learn about Hawaiian marine life by going to the Maui Ocean Center which is famous for its shark tank. Shop or dine in one of the restaurants at the Maui Harbor Shops. From Maalaea, you have many great options to drive to South Maui to enjoy golf, shops, restaurants, beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena, or drive out to the West side and enjoy art galleries, restaurants, and shopping.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information. This fee is $65 plus tax
